Experience personalised one-on-one training in a boutique studio. We design programs tailored to your goals.  Fitness made simple and effective.

ROAR - SMALL GROUP PT

Enjoy the benefits of personal training within a shared group setting. 

Our classes accommodate a maximum of four participants, ensuring you still get the personal training experience. 

Work your own program alongside training buddies to get the maximum out of your work out. 


Maximum of 4 participants. 





MOVE - OUTDOOR FITNESS

Our outdoor fitness classes boast a fun and casual environment ideal for those who like a non-gym setting. These classes run each week day at 9:15 AM for 60 minutes.  

Casual or weekly payment options available. 


MACKAY PERSONAL TRAINING BESPOKE SERVICES

STRONG ~ ONLINE

Experience the convenience and effectiveness of online personal training. Receive customized workouts, expert guidance, and ongoing support from the comfort of your own space. Tailored to your goals, this flexible training option fits seamlessly into your schedule, helping you achieve optimal results no matter where you are.
